CBW members enjoy access to a statewide medical, dental, life and disability insurance program through NW Financial Associations Trust. The Trust has the same purchasing power at an employer with 6,000 enrolled employees, while providing community financial institutions with the opportunity to spread risks associated with their employee benefit plan. The Trust offers 38 benefit programs to help employers meet their needs and employee benefit plan objectives. The majority of the benefit programs are freestanding, such that each employer can select programs that meet their needs.
